  • INSTRUCTIONS:
  • 1. Make sure pressure gauge is on zero. Press down on cap and turn couterclockwise to remove
  • cap.
  • 2. Fill unit with warm or hot clean water. NEVER ADD ANYTHING BUT CLEAN WATER TO THE
  • TANK!
  • 3. Close safety cap, turn clockwise. Finger tighten only! Do not over tighten cap!
  • 4. Plug electric cord into a properly grounded 110-V Outlet.
  • 5. Press ON/OFF 110-V Power Switch to "on" position.
  • Press 12-V Steam Button to "on" position
  • Press Reset breaker button located on top of machine
  • 6. When green light is on machine is ready for operation.
  • Turn black round pressure regulating dial (on top right side of machine) counter clockwise toward
  • the "+" side. This lets the steam to be released when the steam handle switch is pressed.
  • Steam output is adjusted by this dial. If set all the way to the "-" side, steam will not come out even
  • though the green light is on.
  • While cleaning, pressure will drop and green light will go off, this is normal operation.
  • 7. When red light comes on, water must be added to the unit. Turn power button off.
  • 8. With steam button on, press steam handle switch until all pressure is released from tank. When
  • pressure gauge shows zero pressure, continue pushing down button to let the last little bit of
  • steam out, then remove pressure cap. DO NOT OPEN CAP UNDER PRESSURE!
  • 9. Unplug the unit and turn pressure dial clockwise down to the "-" mark. (Again, make sure there
  • isn't any pressure in the machine and the pressure gauge reads zero before turning dial all the way
  • down).
  • 10. To refill, follow steps 1-5.
