The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.
You must call Dig Safe at 811 two to four weeks before your installation date. Dig Safe will provide a confirmation number, which you must give to Sudbury Taylor Rental before installation.
If the property has an underground sprinkler system, you must clearly mark all sprinkler heads and underground lines before installation. The sprinkler system must remain turned off from the time the tent or canopy is installed until it is removed.
During the week of your event, we will call to let you know which day the installation will take place. You do not need to be home. If no one will be present, please clearly mark the four corners where you want the tent or canopy installed.
Tables, chairs, and other rental items will be left stacked beneath the tent or canopy. After your event, please restack all items beneath the tent or canopy so they are ready for pickup.
